- 2 tbsps olive oil, for grilling
- 2 large salmon fillets (approximately 12 oz each)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 4 tbsps (1/2 stick) butter, melted
- 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Brush grill grates with oil. Season salmon with salt and pepper.
In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, butter, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Brush salmon with glaze and cook on grill for for 5 to 8 minutes. Flip and cook another 5 minutes.
