Maple Glazed Salmon

  • 2 tbsps olive oil, for grilling
  • 2 large salmon fillets (approximately 12 oz each)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 4 tbsps (1/2 stick) butter, melted
  • 2 tsps apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Brush grill grates with oil.  Season salmon with salt and pepper.

In a small bowl, mix maple syrup, butter, vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce.  Brush salmon with glaze and cook on grill for for 5 to 8 minutes.  Flip and cook another 5 minutes.
